(SBU) On March 17, poloff delivered reftel demarche, which
conveyed the USG's plan to provide a briefing on the status
of the U.S.-India civil nuclear cooperation initiative at the
March 22-23 NSG Consultative Group Meeting in Vienna, to
Acting Director Park Chulmin, Disarmament and
Nonproliferation Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
Trade (MOFAT). Park received the demarche without
substantive response.
