(SBU) On March 15, poloff delivered reftel points, which
urged ROK participation in the March 27-29 ASEAN Regional
Forum (ARF) Seminar on Nonproliferation of Weapons of Mass
Destruction in Singapore, to Deputy Director Park Chulmin,
Disarmament and Nonproliferation Division, Ministry of
Foreign Affairs and Trade (MOFAT). Park said the ROK will
participate in the seminar. Director Kwon Hee-seog of
MOFAT's Disarmament and Nonproliferation Division will lead
the ROK delegation.
