On July 31 poloff delivered reftel demarche on U.S. proposal
on Modifications to UAV/Cruise Missile Criteria to be
discussed at the next Missile Technology Control Regime
Technical Experts Meeting, to Youn Jong-kwon, First Secretary
of the Disarmament and Non-proliferation Division, at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Youn did not have any
