(C) On May 22, poloff conveyed reftel letter from U/S for
Arms Control and International Security Robert Joseph to
Assistant Director Lee Kyooho at the Disarmament and
Nonproliferation Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and Trade (MOFAT). In a brief preliminary response, Lee
promised to share any feedback with post and undertook to
deliver the letter to Deputy Minister Park In-kook for Policy
Planning and International Organizations.
