(S) On May 11, poloff conveyed reftel request for information
on CBW programs in China and North Korea to Assistant
Director Lee Kyooho at the Disarmament and Nonproliferation
Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade
(MOFAT). In a brief preliminary response, Lee indicated that
he and his director, Mr. Kwon Hee-seog, will attend the June
Plenary session in Paris and undertook to share the request
with relevant offices within MOFAT and in the ROKG.
