(U) Following CDA's presentation of demarche points per reftels, the Bosnian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement October 11 condemning North Korea for its nuclear test. ¶2. (U) Begin text of MFA announcement: The nuclear test that was, according to statements of high ranking North Korean officials, carried out Monday morning despite all warnings and political and diplomatic efforts of the six countries group could have an extremely negative impact on the global process of combating nuclear weapons proliferation.
