1. On November 14, poloff delivered Ref C talking points to
Ambassador for UN and OAS Affairs Michelle Cohen. This was
followed up on November 15 by delivery of additional
country-specific points contained in Ref A. Neither demarche
resulted in substantive comment from Dominican authorities.
2. Points contained in Ref B will be delivered on November 16
to Assistant Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Jose
Manuel Trullols. Embassy will report on any substantive
comment flowing from the Trullols' meeting.
