additional Spanish-language non-paper to Ambassador for UN
and OAS Affairs Michelle Cohen. Cohen stressed that the
Dominican government has yet to establish an official
position regarding the Iranian nuclear program, but
nevertheless promised to circulate non-paper upward through
the MFA for analysis and discussion. Post will advise should
an official position develop.
