¶1. Poloff delivered talking points on UN reform to Dominican
Ambassador for UN Affairs, Michelle Cohen, as well as
Dominican Vice-Minister for Foreign Relations, Alejandra
Liriano, on May 25. The DOS Spanish-language translation of
these points was distributed to both officials the morning of
May 26. Neither official has made substantive comment.
