On November 15, poloff delivered reftel B demarche to Mario
Rivera, Director of Multilateral Affairs at the MFA. Poloff
also reiterated points of reftel A. Rivera was noncommittal
on a GOES position with regard to the anti-U.S. resolutions
sponsored by Belarus, but said he was preparing to send
instructions to the Salvadoran Mission to the UN to vote in
favor of at least some of the Country Specific HR Resolutions.
