Poloff discussed reftel talking points with Miguel Carmona,
president of Costa Rica's Red Cross. He assured Poloff that
Red Cross Costa Rica intended to send a delegation to the
29th International Conference of the Red Cross and Red
Crescent in Geneva, June 20-21. He also assured Poloff that
Costa Rica intended to support the adoption of the Third
Additional Protocol to the Geneva Conventions that would
create the Red Crystal emblem.
