(C) Ambassador delivered reftel points to FonMin Abubakr
al-Qirbi on February 12. Qirbi replied that the only Embassy
Yemen has in Latin America is located in Havana, but the MFA
has a special committee that considers such questions. He
indicated that Yemen will also closely coordinate Yemen's
stance on the issue with the Gulf Cooperation Council
countries.
