(C) June 5, Poloff delivered ref A notification of Yemenis scheduled to go before the Guantanamo Administrative Review Board to Assistant Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Khaled al-Akwa. He accepted the notifications without comment. ¶2. (C) Akwa did provide a response to ref B notification, saying that the ROYG verifies that the following detainnees are Yemeni citizens: Name: SAID, MOHAMMED MOHAMMED AHMEN ISN: US9YM-000498DP Name: NASSER, GHALEB ISN: US9YM-000128DP ¶3. (C) Akwa said that Yemeni authorities have not yet interviewed the third detainee listed in ref B (BASARDAH, MOHAMMED, ISN: US9YM-000252DP),so the ROYG could not verify his citizenship. He added that Basardah is scheduled to be interviewed during the next Yemeni security team visit to Guantanamo. The ROYG provided no additional information on the detainees. Krajeski
