On November 17, Poloffs provided Ref A text of the U.S.
report on implementation of UNSRC 1718 to the Italian MFA's
Filippo Nicosia, Deputy Office Director for East Asia, Giulio
Picheca, Directorate General for Political and Multilateral
Affairs, and Filippo Formica, Office Director for
Non-Proliferation. Nicosia noted that Francesco Rausi,
Directorate General for Asia and former Italian Ambassador to
South Korea, was coordinating the Italian report to the UNSC.
