(S) General Saleh bin Ali al-Muhayya, Chief of General Staff of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Defense and Aviation (MODA) sent a letter (classified "secret/urgent") to CHUSMTM May 30 on the appointment of a new Saudi-Iraq border liaison officer. The new officer is LTC Khalid bin Mohamed al-Sechan, Assistant Military Security Division Manager in Arar, who has replaced LTC Mohamed bin Awad al-Nazil.
