(C) On June 14 A/PolCouns gave Abdulrahman al-Rassi, Office Director for MFA's International Organizations Department, a list of Middle Eastern states the USG expects will participate in the June 23 Proliferation Security Initiative (PSI) High Level Political Meeting in Warsaw, Poland. A/PolCouns told Mr. al-Rassi that the list is only for the SAG's information and is not to be publicly released. The SAG has not yet informed us whether they plan to attend the Warsaw meeting or endorse the PSI.
