BEGIN TEXT: "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Kingdom of Morocco presents its compliments to the Embassy of the United States of America, and, with reference to its note number 369 dated December 20th, 2005 relative to the designation by the Government of the United States of all American airlines in accordance with Article 3 of the Air Transport Agreement signed on October 10, 2001, has the honor to inform the Embassy that the proposed designation does not raise any objections from the relevant Moroccan authorities, subject to the condition that the designated airlines have operating licenses provided by the authorities of each of the parties, and that these authorities maintain the effective regulatory control over their airline carriers."
