In a December 20 meeting, poloff passed points conveyed
reftel to Azzedine Farhane, Chief of the UN Division of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, encouraging Moroccan partipation
at the March TIP conference cosponsored by UNODC and the UAE
government. Farhane expected that Morocco would be
represented at the event and said that details on the
Moroccan delegation would be worked out closer to the date of
the conference.
