On Jan. 5 (first availability),Post delivered a copy of the note and talking points contained in reftel to Abdelouahab Yaalaoui, Director of Civil Aviation at the Ministry of Transportation. Yaalaoui said his office agrees in principle with the suggestion contained in reftel to accept a blanket designation of American air carriers under the U.S.-Morocco Open Skies agreement, and said he will reply in writing to that effect once he has cleared this position within his Ministry and with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
