Poloff informed MFA Bilateral and Counterterrorism Affairs
Officer Karim Halim of the reallocation of $1.8 million in
funds previously programmed for border control training and
equipment (reftel) during an October 20 meeting. Halim
acknowledged the notice and affirmed that Morocco looks
forward to continued cooperation with the USG in other CT and
non-proliferation activities.
