(C) On September 6, Poloffs delivered reftel demarche on
UNSCR 1695 demanding that North Korea suspend all activities
related to its ballistic missile programs and reestablish its
preexisting commitments to a moratorium on missile launching
to Nasser Bourita, Director of United Nations and
International Organizations at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs. Bourita said that the GOM is committed to the
resolution, continues to support the non-transference of
missile-related items to North Korea, and emphasized the
GOM's strong commitment to stopping programs relating to WMD.
