(U) Poloff spoke with Czech MFA Director of the UN Department Jan Kara on September 15 to update information previously reported on Czech high-level attendance at UNGA. Kara said the travel plans of Czech FM Alexandr (Sasha) Vondra have changed. Specifically, FM Vondra now plans to make two trips to New York, as set forth below. (All other information previously reported in Ref A is correct.) -- FM Vondra is expected to arrive on September 20, and plans to stay through September 22. He plans to attend the Secretary's luncheon on that date. He will be accompanied by SIPDIS the Chief of the Minister's Cabinet Martin Pohl, and others.
