¶1. On December 5, Polchief learned that MFA European
Affairs Division Director Sandra Trotman was already in
Khartoum for the December 7-8 ACP Summit meeting.
Accordingly, we faxed selected Reftel talking points to the
MFA for onward transmission to Miss Trotman.
¶2. Please note that all of MFA,s higher-ranking officials
are away from their offices, during the whole of this week,
attending a foreign affairs gathering of all of T&T,s
ambassadors and high commissioners abroad.
