Post does not have any prior year carryover. All funds allotted to
post have been either totally spent, obligated or subobligated. Post
received an allotment late September 2006 for which sub obligations
will be made in FY 2007
All unliquidated obligations are planned to be disbursed during FY
¶2007.
As requested in Reftel, post will mail a report with the status of
funds of all unliquidated balances and the projected dates of
liquidation in the format currently used by INL Laos.
