¶1. (U) Per reftel, post delivered demarche to the Government
of Suriname (GOS). Ministry of Foreign Affairs Department
Head Terence Craig acknowledged receipt of information and
said that he seriously doubted that the GOS would send a
representative to the conference.
¶2. (U) Post will inform the Department of any response from
GOS.
