(C) On July 22 we delivered reftel points to Jan Arve
Knutsen, Deputy Director General and Head of the MFA's
Section for Disarmament and Nonproliferation. He will
consult with his colleagues at the MFA and the Ministry of
Defense (most of whom are out of the office due to summer
holidays). Knutsen pledged to report back after these
consultations (which will likely be within the next two
weeks).
