(U) On July 10 we delivered reftel points and PowerPoint template to Anita Nergaard, Director in the MFA's Global Security Section, and Sigurd Marstein, Senior Adviser in the Ministry of Defense. Marstein informed us that Col. Axel Olsson will represent the MOD. All intended electronic communications to Olsson should be directed through Marstein.
