(U) Pursuant to reftels, Post delivered a diplomatic note related to Ms. Julie Napier Zoller's candidacy for the ITU Radio Regulations Board on April 7. The note was presented to the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with a copy sent to the Ministry of Transportation and Communication. ¶2. (U) On July 6 we received a diplomatic note from the MFA stating that "The Ministry has noted the contents (of the note) and the Embassy of the United States of America may rest assured that (Ms. Napier Zoller) will receive careful consideration by the Norwegian government."
