(C) We delivered reftel letter to MFA Deputy Secretary
General Joerg Willy Bronebakk. We also followed up and
discussed letter contents with MFA DAS for nonproliferation
and disarmament Jan Arve Knutsen. Knutsen said that Norway
looks forward to seeing our proposal, but -- depending on the
proposal's contents, of course -- did not anticipate that
Norway would have issues of concern.
