discussed letter contents with MFA DAS for nonproliferation
and disarmament Jan Arve Knutsen. Knutsen said that Norway
looks forward to seeing our proposal, but -- depending on the
proposal's contents, of course -- did not anticipate that
Norway would have issues of concern.
