(C) On May 4 we delivered reftel points to Martin Sorby, the
MFA's Director General for International Legal Affairs. The
reftel points discussed freezing assets (and blocking
transactions) of Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JUD) and Idara
Khidmat-e-Khalq (IKK). Sorby thanked us and stated that he
would deliver the information to the appropriate Norwegian
enforcement authorities.
