(SBU) Per reftel request, we delivered Sudan related talking
points to Ministry of Foreign Affairs Senior Advisor for
Security Affairs Anne Kirsti Froholm and Sudan Desk Officer
Nicholas Stivang on March 23. Froholm thanked us for
providing our views on the summit and said she would forward
our request to approach Arab League governments to
appropriate Norwegian missions.
