(C) Per reftel request, we reviewed Post's internal files,
CCD records, and electronic files for biographic information
regarding individuals on the UNSCR 1591 POE list. We were
unable to find any information on the individuals listed in
the reftel. On October 25, we discussed the issue with
Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Senior Advisor for East
Africa, Anne Strand. Strand told us that she was not aware
of Norway having access to the POE lists and that Norway was
not actively collecting information on non-designated
individuals.
