(C) On August 25 we delivered reftel points to Lars Loken,
Senior Adviser in the MFA's Section for Disarmament and
Nonproliferation. Although Loken did not see a need for any
expert consultations in Oslo prior to the September HLTF, he
would "greatly appreciate" a debriefing on the results of the
forthcoming U.S. consultations in Athens.
