(C) On April 18, DCM discussed Kosovo's final status (reftel)
with Thalia Petrides, Political Director at the Cyprus MFA.
Petrides did not describe Cyprus's position on Kosovo, but
did state that all parties seemed to enjoy good cooperation
with Special Envoy Ahtisaari. She added that the outcome of
the Montenegro referendum would play an important role in
Belgrade's approach toward talks on Kosovo's final status.
