Demetra Christodoulou in the MFA's Division of Multilateral
Affairs subsequent to Ambassador's April 8 conversation with
FM Iacovou on the same subject (reftel B) and the DCM's
meeting with Presidential Diplomatic Advisor Tassos Tzionis.
Christodoulou did not comment on whether Cyprus would support
Venezuela's candidacy, but she acknowledged that Venezuela's
behavior at recent international meetings had been
counterproductive. She agreed to pass the talking points to
her director.
