¶1. (C) On March 7, poloff delivered reftel message to
Charalambos Hadjisavvas, who follows Middle Eastern issues in
the MFA's office of bilateral affairs. Hadjisavvas said that
Cyprus did not, as a rule, comment on the internal management
of the Arab League, but agreed to discuss the U.S. position
internally with other divisions in the ministry that had a
voice on the issue.
