(U) On February 3, Poloff delivered reftel talking points to
Panayiotis Papadopoulos, who handles the non-proliferation
portfolio in the MFA's Multilateral Division. Papadopoulos
responded that the government of Cyprus shared U.S. concerns
about the threat of Iranian nuclear proliferation and
intended to support the EU Common Position on this issue.
