(U) Poloff delivered reftel message to Natassa Economou in the Permanent Secretary's office at the Ministry of Interior on June 27. Economou noted the November 15 reporting deadline for the interim report and said that the MOI, as coordinator for Cyprus's National Action Plan, continued to meet with representatives from other relevant ministries. She assured us that she would share the points with the Permanent Secretary. Post will follow up with Economou and with police contacts throughout the summer to monitor progress. SCHLICHER
