The Niger Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent a diplomatic note to post on August 10, informing us of the composition of the Government of Niger's (GON) delegation to the opening of UNGA. The note did not/not request meetings on the sidelines of UNGA. The information below conforms to the standard format contained reftel: ¶A. Attendance of the Head of State: The Head of State has no plans to attend. ¶B. Attendance of the Head of Government: The Head of Government has no plans to attend. ¶C.
