No passport number; national ID number: 102-00477444-22. ¶2. Concerning Moussa Goudja, DPOB 1952, Mongo, Chad, Passport number S010970/98, a search of Embassy biographic and human rights files found that Moussa Goudja's name is listed in a Human Rights Watch report as having been a member of the Documentation and Security Directorate (DDS),a repressive state organ noted by the 1992 Truth Commission for being a tool of systematic torture and political assassination which claimed 40,000 victims. There is no specific information about Moussa Goudja's activities or whether or not he participated in gross human rights violations in the DDS in Embassy files. WALL
