Post requests Department arrange translation of the Chad
human rights report, per requirement outlined in reftel.
Embassy has a protocol employee who, with supervision from
emboffs, translates short, simple diplomatic notes, but there
are no personnel within the Embassy capable of a long
translation, all the more one which requires the exactness
essential to the human rights report. The Department
arranged this translation last year.
