1. Country clearance is requested for USAID/OFDA/ECARO
Principal Regional Advisor, John Myer to travel to
N'Djamena, Chad and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia during the
period o/a November 5 - 18, 2006.
2. The purpose of travel is to monitor OFDA humanitarian
programming.
3. Travel details for John Myer are as follows:

accommodations and airport pick up.
6. Mr. Myer holds a diplomatic passport and has Top
Secret clearance.
