(U) Poloff delivered reftel public diplomacy themes and
select talking points on September 7 to Ambassador Francis
Muthaura, Permanent Secretary to the Cabinet and Head of
Public Service, Office of the President. Poloff also
delivered these points to Ambassador Stephen Loyatum, Head,
Americas Desk, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Additionally,
PAO distributed the public diplomacy themes and talking
points among the local media. Post will advise via septel
once an official response is received.
