Please see Para. 1, and 4. ¶1. Country Clearance is requested for USAID/OFDA/ECARO Regional Advisor, Georgianna Platt to travel to Asmara, Eritrea during the period o/a September 9 - 21, 2006. ¶2. The purpose of travel is to meet UN, NGOs and partners and to conduct a field trip to monitor partner program implementation activities. ¶3.
