This is an action cable. Please see para. 1, and 4.
¶1. Country clearance is requested for USAID/OFDA/ECARO
Principal Regional Advisor, John Myer to travel to Addis
Ababa, Ethiopia during the period o/a May 14 - 23, 2006.
¶2. The purpose of travel is to work on drought response
issues with the OFDA team.
¶3. Travel details for John Myer will be sent via email.
¶4. Mission in Addis Ababa is requested to arrange for
hotel accommodations and airport pick up. Myer holds a
diplomatic passport and has secret clearance.
