¶1. This is Mozambique's Self-Help Interim Obligation Report
in response to reftel.
¶2. Post received 154 Special Self-Help project proposals for
FY 2006 funding. This number is a record and nearly doubles
the number of requests received for FY 2005 funding. Post
is still in the process of selecting projects, signing
agreements and obligating funds. To date no funds have yet
been obligated.
¶3. Post fully expects that all Self-Help funds will be
obligated by September 1, 2006, at which time a supplemental
interim obligation report will be submitted.
