On June 1 Ambassador delivered reftel demarche to
Mozambique's Deputy Foreign Minister, Henrique Banze. Banze
responded that making a statement about Iran was "a sensitive
issue", one that required further consultations within the
government. He would not comment further. We will report
any substantive response, should there be one.
