Invitation Delivered

On November 3 emboff delivered reftel invitation on the
Fifth Annual Africa Oil and Gas Forum to Miguel Tongaza,
First Secretary of the United Nations Department,
Directorate of the International Conferences and
Organizations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs so that he
could consult with the Ministry of Mineral Resources.
Emboff also delivered the invitation to the office of
Minister of Mineral Resources, Esperanca Bias. The Embassy
has not yet received information on whether Minister Bias
will attend.
