concerning Venezuela's irresponsible behavior to MFA Director
for International Organization Affairs Ghassan Shaikho. In
response to P/E Chief's question, Shaikho said that Bahrain
had still not decided who it would support for the
non-permanent UNSC seats, but said it would take into account
the USG's concerns about Venezuela's candidacy.
